Lutron’s Platinum tier sits at the very top of its installer programme, above Member, Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels.
Installers qualify based on their total logged dollar value with Lutron over a rolling 21-month period, with thresholds set at Member ($0–$1,999), Bronze ($2,000+), Silver ($5,000+), Gold ($10,000+), and Platinum ($25,000+).
As Lutron explains in its Preferred Pro programme guidance, Platinum installers gain access to enhanced support services, including Lutron App Assist. This gives clients a dedicated number they can call for direct app training from Lutron experts, ensuring a higher quality support experience.
